Summary: We were on the 11th floor, with a view of Lake Tahoe. Absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and clean, with the king size bed very comfortable.

Summary: This hotel is old and nothing was open! The Starbucks was "opening soon" and the vending machines were down, there were no open restaurants to eat at. The lighting in the bathroom was absolutely terrible. I called for extra pillows and blankets and they were not brought up. For what we paid you would have thought it was way nicer, like what is in the pictures and I would have been okay with the price if I could have at least gotten food or coffee at the hotel.

Summary: Hotel room was great, but never got any housekeeping service. Hotel appearance was very poor outside and inside had many places being done/redone. All gift shops were only open Friday through Sunday?

Summary: Hotel room had Zero towels- I called, messaged, went to front desk- no towels available to take and no one ever delivered any. Too crowded, construction in the lobby floor made getting around difficult. On an overnight night stay for a girls weekend- we ended up canceling our spa and dinner plans and left first thing. Would not recommend.

Summary: We chose to stay extra night on our way home. The hotel is ok nothing special. The restaurant was nice with a hood price. Unfortunately even though you are staying the night i the hotel not just there eating or gambling. If you are staying for more than one night please be aware you are charged for parking EACH night. Also still have a resort fee due directly to hotel at check in . They added a deposit fee to my credit card. Was told that amount held won’t be added back to my card for 4 to 5 days. Had I known of those additional fees we would of chose a different hotel.

Summary: Room was large and comfortable. The Starbucks wasn't open yet, so very limited options for a good cup of coffee to go. But very close to local restaurants and other options.
